  • Please give a 24-hour notice for cancellations and reschedules. Clients who do not give 24 hours' notice or do not show at all will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee to the card used to hold the appointment. Payment is due before the next appointment.

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.

I do understand that things come up that are beyond your control; please be courteous and call or text to let me know.

  • Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled massage to allow sufficient time for check-in. To be considerate of other members and guests, I adhere to starting and ending each massage service at the designated times. Therefore, if you arrive late, I will not be able to extend the duration of your service.

  • Massage and bodywork are not suitable treatments for infectious or contagious illnesses. If you are feeling unwell before your scheduled massage, I advise you to stay home. Should you start to feel ill during your session, please inform me right away.

  • You have complete freedom in your choice! You are encouraged to dress in whatever makes you feel most comfortable. While many clients opt to undress completely, others prefer to keep their underwear on. Additionally, many women choose to remove their bras, allowing for long, soothing strokes on their back and shoulders without the concern of oil staining their clothing. Ultimately, the decision is yours. As a professional therapist, I am here to accommodate everyone’s comfort levels.

  • The general guideline for therapists is to respond only when prompted. This session is dedicated to you, so feel free to prioritize relaxation without feeling obligated to engage in conversation if you prefer silence.

  • It's best to go before the session begins, but you can always tell your therapist that you need a bathroom break during the session.

  • Please inform me of any ticklish areas, so I may adjust my technique accordingly. Typically, applying greater pressure and maintaining a slower pace can help reduce sensitivity to tickling.

  • Effective communication between the client and therapist is paramount for delivering an optimal massage experience. Therapists welcome feedback and will not be offended if you request adjustments to the pressure or suggest modifications during the session.

  • At times, a massage may feel somewhat intense; however, it should never be painful, as this can be counterproductive. The experience largely depends on your individual needs and expectations. If you encounter any pain or discomfort during the session, please inform me immediately so that I can adjust the pressure and/or strokes to ensure your comfort. I encourage you to share any concerns you may have.
